Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted not later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Returned by Customer
We do not currently offer any item returns.
Change an item for a different size/color
We do not currently offer this possibility. If you are not sure about the size, please check our size guide.
It may happen, albeit rarely, that an item has an incorrect label. If so, you can let us know by writing to summertribe@csko.store
within one week from receipt of the order. Include the order number and photos of the item with the wrong label and we will change it or issue a refund.
