Refund/Return Policy

Legal Disclaimer

Because all CSKO products are made on demand, we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes.
However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or never delivered, we will assist you with a replacement after a claim is approved by Printful.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns for Buyer Error

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of the print/color

  • Items damaged after delivery

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Wrong Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Since items are made to order, exchanges are not available.
You may place a new order for a different size or variant.
