Shipping Policy

At CSKO, all items are printed and fulfilled on demand by our partner Printful. Below you’ll find all the details regarding shipping times, costs, and handling.

Each order is produced once the purchase is completed.
Average production time: 2–7 business days.
This can increase during holidays or high-volume periods.

At the moment, CSKO ships exclusively within the United States.

USA: 3–6 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees.

International shipping is not available yet, but may be added in the future.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Customer location

• Product type

• Quantity

We do not profit from shipping charges.

Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you once the order ships. Some regions may have limited tracking availability.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to the sender. Re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment appears lost:

• We will open a claim with Printful and arrange a replacement when possible

Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
